The Persian province of Kerman offers optimal conditions for tarragon cultivation:

The harvest takes place from April to November. Per hectare, we gain about 15 tons of fresh material, which through gentle air drying results in 2.5 to 3 tons of high-quality, dried tarragon. Our traditional drying technique on special racks ensures the optimal preservation of aroma and quality.
